As Austin has kept expanding over the last several years, We thought we had to do the same. As we grew we found we were spending less and less time on the lots and with our customers and more and more time administrating our bigger business. Quanity did not equal Quality. We are going to change all that begining this year. We're going back to our roots. Relationships are what we're after and we want to hear from you.
When we first came to Austin, it seemed a beautiful, sleepy little town. Mopac had just been built and traffic there was very light. No Loop 360. No toll roads. No traffic problems at all. We had our first lot at Research and Breaker, and sold all our trees in about 10 days.
Now Austin, in many ways, still feels like a beautiful, sleepy little town. And in many ways, a cutting-edge community that leads the nation in inovation. One constant in all these years and all these changes has been Papa Noel. We're still here, still evolving and still making new friends.
